Evaluation terms and limits
These are operational evaluation conditions, not a signed commercial contract or a claim of legal compliance. Approved contractual terms must be agreed with CivicFlow before production use.
Controlled evaluation
Use the public demo with invented data only. A private trial is invite-gated and starts its 14-day evaluation period when the owner account is created. Access may be blocked at expiry or when an account or membership is inactive.
Your existing operations system remains the system of record. Review recommendations and verify shipment facts independently. CivicFlow does not replace carrier commitments, booking systems, physical-delivery confirmation, or your operational judgment.
Availability and scope
The current build does not implement checkout, subscriptions, billing, password recovery, verified email, team invitations, enterprise SSO, or a production support SLA. Pricing, permitted data, support, extensions, conversion, exports, and retention must be discussed with the team.
Expiry is an access rule, not an automatic deletion policy. No uptime, savings, delivery-success, compliance, or business-result guarantee is stated here.
Before a paid or production deployment
Obtain approved terms identifying the service operator and legal entity, commercial scope, responsibilities, data-processing arrangements, support, retention, and applicable contractual provisions. This site does not establish those unresolved details or rename the business or its trademarks.
