How evaluation data is handled
The public demo and private trial are different storage paths. Neither a synthetic dashboard nor a security label should be taken as authorization to submit confidential information.
Public demo and homepage
The homepage renders predefined synthetic jobs. Test the product simulates job creation, assignment, resolution, movement, and history in browser memory. Those entries do not become homepage jobs or private-workspace records. Refresh/reset removes browser-local changes.
Private and shared server-stored workspaces
Private manual intake writes company-scoped jobs, milestones, and activity to PostgreSQL. Updates append actor and state snapshots. Authenticated private trials are not public previews; they still require an agreed data scope.
The optional demo-account login uses a shared synthetic organization on the server. Its changes can persist between visits and be visible to other demo users. Do not use real operational records there.
Forms, files, and external services
Contact inquiries and municipal feedback are stored in PostgreSQL. Contact submission does not trigger email delivery. No CSV importer, email-ingestion pipeline, public logistics job API, or logistics connector is available.
The separate municipal demonstration has document upload, local filesystem-backed storage, mock extraction, and an optional externally hosted document-review provider when configured by an operator. These are not logistics upload or carrier integrations. Confirm provider configuration and data scope before any municipal document evaluation; the public logistics demo does not call that provider.
Expiry is not deletion
The 14-day limit controls private-trial access. It does not automatically erase records, and archiving intentionally retains jobs and activity. Automated retention/purge, customer self-service deletion/export, and verified backup erasure are not available.
Agree retention, export arrangements, service-provider handling, and any deletion request with CivicFlow before a real-data pilot. Keep the original operational record outside the evaluation.
