Acceptable evaluation use
Keep evaluation activity within the data scope and access provided by CivicFlow. Discuss any proposed production use with the team first.
Use safe evaluation data
Use invented names, references, addresses, and shipment examples in public and shared synthetic demos. Do not submit confidential records, passwords, API keys, payment details, sensitive personal information, or production documents through public forms.
In a private trial, enter only information you are authorized to use and that is within the data scope agreed with CivicFlow. An authenticated workspace is not by itself approval for regulated or sensitive records.
Respect accounts and services
Do not impersonate another organization, share private credentials or invite codes publicly, bypass role or company boundaries, probe other customers' records, submit spam, or disrupt the service with automated load. Only use accounts and workflows provided for your evaluation.
If you find a potential security issue, contact CivicFlow to request a private reporting channel. Do not put credentials, customer data, or sensitive exploit details in the public contact form.
Verify before acting
Synthetic events are not verified real-world events. Risk scores and recommendations are configured-rule outputs, not proof that a shipment is safe, delayed, delivered, or compliant. Authorized staff must check evidence and approve operational decisions.
