CivicFlow Logistics product scope

A controlled logistics evaluation for job intake, operational signals, milestones, and human-directed follow-up. These are the capabilities available in this build, not a roadmap or a promise of connected services.

Data entry available today

Authenticated company workspaces accept jobs through the manual job-intake form. Authorized users update references, carrier details, and movement status through workspace actions. The public product demo accepts synthetic sample jobs in browser memory only.

CSV import, email ingestion, a customer-facing job API, and carrier, TMS, ERP, or warehouse integrations are not implemented. The homepage is a synthetic preview, not a feed from a carrier network. There is no logistics document-upload or verified POD-document integration.

What agentic means here

Configured deterministic rules check recorded references, carrier assignment, appointment and milestone evidence, timing windows, delivery dependencies, and POD state. They produce an additive 0-100 risk score, evidence-based explanations, and recommended next actions.

These rules are not predictive AI, statistical confidence, live carrier tracking, or an autonomous dispatcher. Risk can change as recorded windows approach. The activity history records saved operations; it is not an independently verified shipment record.

Humans remain responsible

Rules calculate signals and recommendations automatically. A permitted person initiates carrier/reference corrections and workflow actions such as scheduling, marking in transit, confirming delivery, recording POD receipt, and closing a job. CivicFlow does not book a carrier, send an operational email, or execute a recommendation on its own.

Public demo roles and exception owners are simulations. Private trials use authenticated company membership and server-side permissions. Durable multi-user exception assignments, notifications, and verified physical evidence are not included in the private workflow yet.

Evaluation spaces and storage

Test the product needs no account. Its sample jobs, assignments, resolutions, and timeline exist only in the current browser page and disappear on refresh or Reset demo. Use invented names and references only.

A private 14-day trial needs an invite code and an owner email/password. Its company jobs and activity are stored on the server, not placed in the public preview. Expiration blocks access; it does not automatically erase records. Agree the data scope and handling with CivicFlow before entering business records.

When enabled, the separate role-based demo login opens a shared, server-stored synthetic demonstration, including legacy municipal screens. It is not a private company trial, and other demo users can see or change its synthetic records.
